Smugglers Rock Cottage forms part of a cottage and sits close to the village of Burniston in North Yorkshire. It comes set with two bedrooms which include a double and a twin room with two 2’6” beds, along with a family shower room, the property is able to sleep four people. Inside, also find its kitchen/diner and its sitting room which has an electric fire. To the outside, there is plenty of off-road parking as well as a shared enclosed garden with a patio, gravelled areas and furniture. Smugglers Rock Cottage is a homely stay in a fine location. Please Note: The property only accepts Saturday to Saturday Bookings or short breaks that finish their stay on or before Saturday - it can't accommodate bookings that cross over the Saturday.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for x2 cars. Enclosed patio and gravel garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome, two on request. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5.5 miles, pub 2 miles. NOTE: Check in 4pm. Dogs must be over 6 months of age to be accepted on the booking. Note - We have two type 2 EV charging points on site (chargeable). Note - Bicycles must not be stored in the cottage. There is an outdoor bike rack in the car park for up to 4 bikes, adjacent to this is a secure bike shed for up to 4 bikes, as well as an unlocked outbuilding which has a wall mounted lock which can store a further 3 bikes. Please notify at time of booking; if bringing bikes (and how many), and if charging point required .Please Note: The property only accepts Saturday to Saturday Bookings or short breaks that finish their stay on or before Saturday - it can't accommodate bookings that cross over the Saturday.
