Buttermere is one of eleven apartments in a courtyard in the village of Sawrey just two miles from Hawkshead in the Lake District National Park. The apartment sleeps two people and has a double bedroom with an en-suite. The rest of the accommodation is made up of an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove as well as shared use of an external laundry room. Outside is plenty of off road parking and shared use of a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Buttermere is a wonderful apartment for a memorable holiday in a fabulous location.

Please note that logs, kindling, firelighters, and matches are not included in your stay but can be ordered using the Goodeats link in your key collection information. Wifi and Mobile phone signal may be limited due to the location of the property. Water from private supply, fed from freshwater lake. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking Graythwaite Adventure in advance. Fishing and Ospray Safari’s are available at Esthwaite Fishery. Please Note: This property charges a £100.00 Good Housekeeping Bond. Please Note: There is a separate apartment on the first floor; associated noise may be heard. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
