17 The Cliff is a quaint terrace cottage set close to the centre of Mevagissey in Cornwall. With upside down accommodation, this cottage offers two ground floor bedrooms, a double and a twin, along with a wet room with double shower, meaning this cottage can sleep four people. The first floor offers a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside are steps from the living room to a rear patio with furniture and partial sea views across the surrounding rooftops towards Chapel Point. Guests can find nearby parking in a local, public car park, five minutes' walk from the cottage. 17 The Cliff offers wonderful, comfortable accommodation for friends and families, with a plethora of surrounding activities and attractions, beaches and a stunning coastal path to enjoy.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, surround sound, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking in public car park 5 mins walk from cottage (approx £40 per week high season and £20 per week low season). Small courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and coast 2 mins walk. Note: This property is a traditional Cornish cottage on the National Trust path and as such there is no driveway, no road and no parking at the property.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
