2 Water's Edge is a lakeside lodge that can be found in Lanreath, Cornwall. The property has bright and spacious rooms, with contemporary furnishings to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Inside has an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and a dining area with a log burner. There is one double bedroom with an en suite shower and WC, and one twin bedroom, with a separate bathroom and WC. Outside has a private terrace area, complete with a hot tub and a table and chairs. Parking is available at the property. 2 Water's Edge is the perfect property for remote holidays. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

Gas central heating with log burner. Electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. 32” flatscreen Smart TV. Fuel and power, inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair available to hire. Off road parking for 1 car. Private terrace complete with hot tub, table and chairs. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop is 4 miles, restaurant/pub is a 5 minute walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Wi-Fi is available in the Old Mill Bar & Restaurant. Note: Due to the raised balcony's, lakes and open water on site so children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
