Two bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request), 1 x twin (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request). Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. Sitting room with open fire.

Oil central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking within estate grounds. Shared use of communal grounds. Two well-behaved dogs allowed. No smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: External laundry service available on request and at additional cost. Note: River, stream and pond in estate grounds, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in 4pm. Please call the office if you are looking to take any pet other than a dog.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
