Surrounded by stunning views overlooking the 18th century castle woodland with free roaming deer, Housekeeper's Rooms is an exquisite holiday home for families or groups of friends to enjoy. Uniquely base in Oxenford Castle, the property sleeps four in two light filled bedrooms, a master king and a twin. There is a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, diner and lounge. The property has a separate modern family bathroom with a bath and shower over. Outside guests are free to roam the extensive castle grounds and enjoy a game of tennis on one of the on site courts. There is off road parking for two cars located at the front of the castle. The apartment is within a mile from the local pub and shop. Located just 11 miles from Edinburgh, Housekeeper's Rooms is the perfect holiday base for guests to enjoy the Scottish countryside.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
