Dairy Barn is a romantic, luxurious holiday cottage, one of three on the owners' working livestock farm, three miles from Pershore in beautiful Cotswolds' countryside. With one king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room this cottage sleeps two people. There is also an open plan living area, complete with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, warmed by a cosy woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars, plus a private courtyard garden with furniture, barbecue and a lovely hot tub. Dairy Barn offers couples a wonderful holiday base, a restful retreat for those looking to spend some time exploring the charming Cotswolds and the Heart of England. Note: This property can only accept bookings with a Friday or Monday Arrival

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Private, enclosed courtyard garden with furniture, BBQ and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 8 mins walk ( currently closed as under renovation , next nearest pub is 15 min walk ). Note: Guests under 18yrs are not accepted. Note: To ensure a quiet relaxing stay for all guests, hot tub use is between 8:30am and 10:30pm. Note: Due to single phase electric supply, this property is unable to support the charging of electric cars. Note: This property can only accept bookings with a Friday or Monday Arrival

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
