Strine View Cottage is alovely detached property set in a rural position on the owner's smallholding on the edge of the village of Crudgington, 11 miles from Shrewsbury and 15 miles from Ironbridge. With two bedrooms, one ground floor twin and one mezzanine double, the cottage can sleep four people. The cottage also includes a ground floor shower room, a kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting room with dining area and woodburner. Outside is off road parking for 2 cars, plus a front gravelled and a rear patio garden with furniture and BBQ. Strine View Cottage offers friends and families a relaxing base, ideal for discovering the surrounding beauty of Shropshire.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent, additional fuel available from owners (£5 per basket or £10 unlimited amount). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front gravelled area with furniture, rear patio garden with furniture and BBQ, plus shared use of owners' land. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Due to the close proximity of livestock, dogs must be kept under strict control at all times. Note: The River Strine runs through the owners' land, children to be supervised.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
