This exceptional cottage is set next to the owners' Grade II, beautifully-restored Mill House dating from 1750's in a riverside location on the outskirts of the village of Wortwell, near Harleston in Norfolk and can sleep four people in one king-size double and one twin rooms both with en-suites. There is also an additional family shower room. The rest of this cottage contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area. A snug area with bunk beds and a TV. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for three cars and a private decked area with hot tub and shared use of the owners' gardens. Granary Mill Cottage is in a wonderful area with walks, cycling and the river on the doorstep and will suit families or couples looking to explore this wonderful area of Norfolk.

Note: There are two steps from the living area to the two main bedrooms and bunk bedroom and one step down to the kitchen, so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is a curtain separating the bunk bed room from the kitchen, there is no door. Note: The king-size double and twin bedrooms are accessed via the bunk room. Note: The property is accessed along an unmade track of approximately 0.25 miles. Note: BBQ not to be used after dark due to safety reasons. Note: Fishing hire is not available at this property however, guests are welcome to bring their own equipment at their if they have the appropriate licenses. Note: Max 6 guests. Note: Some areas of the river bank are untouched to accommodate the stunning wildlife surrounding the property. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
