Greengables is a delightful first floor apartment situated on The Bay holiday village, three miles from Filey. This apartment sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double with en-suite shower and one adult bunk, along with a bathroom. The apartment also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for one car, communal grounds with lakes and excellent on-site facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, gym and beauty treatments. Greengables is a lovely North York Moors base. It is anticipated that wifi will be available from 3/9/21 subject to proposed network provider installation, but please enquire first if you are wanting to book for the two weeks immediately after that date. Communal leisure facilities including free use of indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Beauty treatments, tennis, putting green, bike hire, archery, target shooting and scuba diving lessons etc are available at an additional charge, payable on-site. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site shop, pub and cafe 2 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: Lakes on-site, children to be supervised.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
