Flip Flops is a detached cottage located on The Bay, three miles from the seaside resort of Filey. Hosting two bedrooms; one zip/link king-size with a balcony, and a king-size with an en-suite, this accommodation can sleep up to four people. Inside, you will also find a family bathroom, cloakroom, kitchen, and an open plan sitting and dining area with a woodburner. Resting in a desirable location and close to seaside attractions, Flip Flops is a wonderful cottage in a desirable part of England, with plenty to see and do nearby.

Communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. Communal leisure facilities include free use of the swimming pool (including children's pool), sauna, steam room and gym. Other facilities with additional charges include tennis, fishing (rod licence required), bike hire, tennis, lake kayaking, archery, aqua fit and beauty treatment room. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile. Note: On-site pharmacy, coffee/pizza cafe and pub 5 mins walk (coffee and pizza cafe subject to seasonal opening times). Note: Open lakes in grounds, children should be supervised at all times. Note: The bedroom with the zip/link beds has access to a balcony. The door can be unlocked internally without requiring a key, therefore parents must be mindful of this when children are using this room. Note: Check in 4pm

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
