Flint Cottage is a 18th century, mid-terrace cottage situated in the town of Swaffham. This cottage sleeps up to three people and has a double bedroom, a children's Z bed, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and electric fire. Outside, there's off road parking for two cars, a shared lawned garden and a private gravelled area with furniture and barbecue. Flint Cottage is an ideal romantic base with plenty to keep you and your loved one entertained during your holiday in Norfolk.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Child’s Z bed, travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 1 car, plus additional covered parking for 1 small car. Shared lawned garden with private gravelled area with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 5 mins walk. Note: This property has steep stairs. Note: Please bring own dog bedding and dogs to be kept downstairs, off furniture and on a lead whist in the garden. Note: Property is on a main road, therefore some associated noise may be heard at peak times. Note: There is a locked and sound-proofed door in the bedroom which links to the neighbouring property. Note, sorry no e-bikes or e-scooters allowed inside the property and no charging of these items on the premises. No charging of re-chargeable vapes overnight and not to be charged whist unattended by guests.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
