This detached cottage enjoys sea views and the living areas consist of a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, dining seating, and a first-floor sitting room with an open fire, TV with Freeview and DVD. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link) and a twin (zip/link), along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a small, enclosed lawned garden with furniture and a lockable shed with sun loungers and a barbecue, along with an outside tap with hosepipe and off-road parking for two cars. The nearest shop is Norris Family Grocers in Niton, and the nearest pub is The Wight Mouse Inn, Chale. Please note that neither pets or smoking are allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are included in the cost. Choose The Coach House for a memorable break. Note: Children aged 5 and over only. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
