Situated on the outskirts of the delightful village of Middleton-in-Teesdale and just 10 miles from Barnard Castle is this early 18th Century stone-built semi-detached cottage. Full of charm and character, this property offers outstanding views of the surrounding fells and is able to sleep five people. The cottage is well situated for all the local amenities of Barnard Castle and is a good base for those wishing to experience 'village life', as there are a number of shops, pubs and village walks very close by. Note: Friday and Monday arrivals only if wishing to alternative please enquire.

Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, please note: guests are required to provide their own bedding for the cot. Enclosed garden with patio area, garden furniture and BBQ. Private fishing on River Tees available free of charge by arrangement with owner. Off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, cafes and restaurant 5 mins walk. Note: During the months of March and April, with prior arrangement with the owner, guests are able to bottle feed the lambs during the lambing season. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
