It hosts two bedrooms; a double and a twin, sleeping four guests, accompanied by a family bathroom. There is also a sitting room with a dining area and open fire along with a kitchen. Outside is an enclosed garden at the front with a lawn, patio furniture and off-road parking for 1 car. Mappowder Cottage is a delight to any guest, resting in the heart of a beautiful region of England.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. There is also a 'camp bed' so you can bring an extra child. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed garden to the front with lawn and patio furniture. Pet friendly. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Coast 40mins. Note: Guests welcome to bring a horse as there is a stable and field along with parking for horse box and an arena. Note: Property can be booked with Ref. 988550, together they sleep eight guests with interconnecting doors.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
