Martin Cottage is a lovely cottage set on a working farm in Watermouth near Berrynarbor in Devon and can sleep three people. There is a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a ground floor bathroom, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for one car, a private courtyard with furniture, a shared private beach 500 yards away and a shared picnic area, dog exercise field and playground. Martin Cottage is an ideal holiday base. Please Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome at a charge of £15 per dog.

Note: The owners do have Wi-fi in the cottages, however being in a secluded spot, the wi-fi speed is much slower, which means streaming etc can be difficult Sending and receiving emails and messages is fine as well as internet browsing They are continuously investing in top of the range boosters to improve this but sometimes guests may experience intermittency This is beyond their control. Please note: Between 1st April - 30th September, this owner can only accommodate bookings on Friday changeovers.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
