1 The Quay is a stylish semi-detached three-storey cottage on the waterfront at the end of a cobbled lane in the Devon coastal village of Lympstone. The cottage sleeps four people in a first floor double bedroom with family bathroom and a second floor twin bedroom (can convert to double). On the ground floor are a sitting room with wood burning stove, a dining room and a kitchen. Outside is a small walled seating area with furniture. With the village shops and pubs close by, 1 The Quay is a smashing cottage for a lovely Devon break.

Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, tumble dryer, washing machine, Smart TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Parking is available in a public car park nearby. Enclosed courtyard garden. One well-behaved dog welcome, not permitted on beds or furniture. Sorry no smoking.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
