The Studio is a chalet style artist’s apartment overlooking the cove in the Cornish village of Polperro. The property sleeps two people in an open plan bedroom / sitting area / kitchenette. Shower room. Enclosed garden area with seating and stunning views. Free parking for one car 5 mins walk. Located just a short uphill walk from Polperro village which offers eating establishments, shops, harbour and beach. The Studio is a lovely airy but compact romantic retreat to be enjoyed by two.

Electric heating. Electric two ring hot plate. Fridge. TV. Power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking space 5 minute walk away. Lawned, gravel and paved garden with furniture. Sorry no pets, no smoking and no children. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk, harbour 5 mins walk. Note: 5 minute uphill walk from parking area, a luggage taxi can be prearranged at own expense, recommend suitcases on wheels. Please note: This property has a minimum night stay of x3 nights.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
