Stones Throw is a ground-floor apartment in the heart of pretty St Mawes, just a minutes stroll from shops, restaurants, galleries and from the harbour waterfront and access to the Coast Path. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms – a double and a bunk room, together with shower-room. Open-plan living-dining room and separate kitchen. A brilliantly convenient base for exploring the beautiful Roseland peninsula with its quiet beaches and excellent water sports activities, and close to good pubs and restaurants and the bustling harbour from which the pedestrian ferry sails to Falmouth.

Electric panel heaters with night storage heating. Fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, Smart TV with WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: Parking is in a designated space outside the property, width restriction suitable for a small car, or you can park in the public car park which is just 50 yards away. Note: This property sleeps a maximum of 4 people, including infants.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
