The Barn is a detached barn conversion cottage near to Crewkerne in Dorset. The cottage is all on the ground floor and sleeps four people in a double bedroom, a twin room and a family shower room. It also contains a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking and a patio garden with furniture. Set in beautiful countryside, The Barn is a superb retreat on a working farm in West Dorset.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Small enclosed patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 8 mins walk. Note: The water comes from a natural spring which is regularly tested. Note: This is a working farm with the farmyard next to the patio. There may be associated farm smells and sounds.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
