Y Lleiaf is a lovely end-terrace cottage situated 1.7 miles from the coastal resort of Trearddur Bay. This cottage sleeps five people in two bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor double and one family room with three single beds, along with a ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and woodburner. Outside there's dedicated off road parking for two cars, a front bench and shared lawned gardens. Y Lleiaf is a delightful cottage for all the family. The charging of electric vehicles from the domestic supply is forbidden

Electric wall heaters with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with basic Sky and FreeSat, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Dedicated off road parking for 2 cars on communal courtyard. Front bench, plus shared lawned gardens. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1.7 miles. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: Two external steps into cottage. Note: First floor bedroom has reduced head height and sloping ceiling to sides, so more suitable for children. Note: Unfenced terraced drops in gardens, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Communal path around cottage. Note: Y Lleiaf is in the same row of houses as 1042998 Menai Cottages so can be booked together. The charging of electric vehicles from the domestic supply is forbidden

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
