Kemps Eye Cottage is a semi-detached cottage in the grounds of the owner's home near the town of Shrewsbury. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen, a dining room with a sofa bed, a sitting room and a conservatory. Outside is off road parking and a patio garden with furniture. Situated in the heart of one of England's most beautiful counties, Kemps Eye Cottage is a lovely romantic base from which to explore this lovely part of the country.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Large patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Although this property is pet-free, the owners do have two dogs of their own. Please note this property must have 48 hours notice before being booked, if your booking is urgent, please contact Sykes cottages.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
