Boshaw Cottage is a terraced property tucked away on the owner's smallholding, on the northern fringes of the Peak District in Hade Edge. It boasts two zip-and-link double bedrooms (can be twins or doubles or request), sleeping four guests in total. The interior oozes character and also comes with a bathroom, kitchen/diner and sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside is a lawned garden at the front with views of the reservoir and off-road parking for two cars. Boshaw Cottage is a superb holiday home in a beautiful region of West Yorkshire. One well-behaved small to medium sized dog is welcome at a supplement of £25 per stay, but please do note that as per Sykes policy, your dog cannot go on furniture or beds. Please do advise Sykes if you need to add a pet to your booking. For a second pet, this would onyl be with owner advance permission, please enquire.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Oven, hob, fridge, washing machine, TV. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden at front with patio and furniture. One small to medium well-behaved dog is welcome at a supplement of £25 per stay, but please do note that as per Sykes policy, your dog cannot go on furniture or beds. For a second pet this would need owner advance permission, please enquire. Please ensure that your pet is on your booking, please contact Sykes if you need to do this. Sorry, no smoking. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
