Buster Barn is a single-storey converted granite barn in the small hamlet of Sampford Spiney. The cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The living area is spacious and open-plan with an oak fitted kitchen and sitting area with a sofa bed (for alternative sleeping) and dining area. Glazed double doors lead to the courtyard garden outside, where there's a table and chairs, barbecue and a neat little trip trap bridge leads to a gently sloping hillside garden with spectacular long views. Scenic and secluded, yet close to interesting moorland towns Buster Barn is well placed for exploring wild and rugged Dartmoor.

Central heating. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, Off road parking for two cars. Enclosed garden with barbecue. Three well-behaved dogs welcome at £15 per pet per week. Sorry no smoking. Note:From the parking area, a gravelled pathway to 5 big uneven granite steps into the property (alternative level access via gravelled courtyard). This is not suitable for anyone who should have mobility issues. Note: The WIFI in the property cannot support multiple devices.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
