The apartment has covered, secure parking and fantastic views across to the historic town of Berwick, its Elizabethan walls, the active harbour, the beautiful estuary of the River Tweed and out to sea.

Occasional wool rugs cover the solid oak floors and there are super leather furnishings in the living room with a fully-fitted kitchen. A walk-in shower + marble wash basin and ceiling mounted radio, and a comfortable double bedroom with wall-mounted flat-screen television (there's another one in the living-room with a "blu-ray" cd/dvd player) complete this apartment.

Location, just a mile from the A1 or 12 minutes walk from Berwick's mainline railway station make this a great place to visit from anywhere in Britain.

The Northumberland Coastal Path passes outside the building up onto the cliffs and along to Holy Island while, going north, the Berwickshire Path leads along equally beautiful cliffs into Scotland.

Inland, follow the Tweed path to explore the pretty riverside villages and historic houses that can be found beside this magnificent river. In season, you can fish or watch the traditional salmon netting.

There are good golf courses or just enjoy the sandy beaches.
