Searching for a traditional, romantic retreat for two?
The Old Stable in Eglingham near Alnwick might just be the ticket!
The Old Stable and Coach House was originally built for the local vicar in around 1706, who also happened to be the Archdeacon of Lindisfarne!
The cottage is therefore snug and cosy, retaining old fashioned charm despite having been lovingly refurbished throughout.
Guests will have the pleasure of using many new facilities, such as free guest Wi-Fi, a cosy, wood burning stove, dishwasher, washing machine, off-road parking and a large, enclosed garden.
All of which make The Old Stable a wonderful little countryside retreat for two.
