From your gate the waterway is 150 yds.The area is remote, yet 5 main supermarkets are just 25 minutes away.Two miles to a open- most- hours shop with off license and Post Office/newspapers/lottery!
Located in the centre of the Pembrokeshire peninsular providing good access to all routes for the coast with its many beaches and coves all connected by the 180 mile long coastal pathway.
There are the historic centres of Pembroke Castle--birthplace of the Tudors, Britains smallest city of St Davids with Cathedral.
The mountains in front of the Cabin are the source of the Stonehenge stones and the former quarry ahead provided the roof slates for the Houses of Parliament.
The coast is 7 miles away at Newport-Dinas Head,the Irish Ferry leaves Fishguard (8 m) allowing day trips to Rosslare ,with/without a car.
The Cabin has complete living/dining and kitchen as one complete space.The double bed bedroom is also within that space but can be screened by curtaining.The bathroom is a separate room-there is a large veranda.
The owners residence is some 50 yards below the pine wood. Available if needed. The Cabin is secluded and not overlooked.
Heating is by electricity, with electric shower, t.v./DVD/radio.,table top oven,microwave,Geo.Forman,fridge with freezer compartment .A cafetiere.The Cabin does not have a washing machine.
The cabin is for 2 persons only and a well behave dog is welcome.State breed.
Contains a madeup bed,towels/tea towels,pint of milk/pepper/salt,a torch and local info.Bed made up for your arrival,towels,kitchen towels are provided.
Visitors can fish on the waterway=fly only,brown trout-either from the bank or hired boat. The waterway surrounds are not open to the general public,other than a small consortium of fishermen,with availability to our 2 visitors.
The cost of the Cabin is £60 p.d. with full weeks booked Friday to Friday subject to a 10 percent reduction.
Your dog is £3 p.d.
Short breaks are 3 days minimum =£180 total .Paying one third the price on booking,the balance on arrival.By direct transfer/a cheque in some circumstances/or cash/sorry no credit cards,or Euros.
