Jasmine Cottage is a large 4 star holiday cottage with two bedrooms for up to four people plus a baby or small child, ideal for a family or two couples who would like a little extra space.

It has direct access into the beautiful cottage garden and overlooks the sundeck and solar heated pool. It has the advantage of its own private terrace and outdoor dining table making it perfect for alfresco dining or breakfast and morning coffee in the sun.

Jasmine Cottage is part of the old farmhouse it has some of the original fittings and stone floor in the lounge but with the comforts of modern day living.

A well fitted kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, fridge and gas cooker, a stable door overlooks the terrace, garden and pool. On the first floor there are two bedrooms decorated in pastel shades with toning bed linen, the light and airy master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage space and a vanity unit with wash hand basin. A twin bedroom overlooks the rear garden and pool and has the convenience of its own toilet with wash hand basin just outside the door. A modern fitted bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and wash hand basin is also on the first floor. A child’s bed or cot can be accommodated in the master bedroom on request.

We like our guests to feel at home so we have provided a a good selection of larger pots and pans, extra crockery, cutlery and glass wear.Free WIFI, Freeview TV, DVD player, CD player, all the linen for use in the cottage including towels and tea towels, electricity and heating and a supply of environmentally friendly and washing up liquid are all included in the hire fee. A Cot, high chair, baby bath, stair gate and a bed guard are available on request, no extra charge.

The water supply to this cottage is from our own natural spring, provides in our opinion some of the best tasting water in Devon!

Guests are invited to enjoy the beautiful cottage garden alongside which is the spacious sun deck with loungers and solar heated pool which is available from May to mid September. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
